Eligibility Criteria as detailed below:
- Persons must be aged 60 and over
- Must have resided in the Parishes of Newark, Balderton, Elston or Girton for at least the last 3 years
- Be considered to be a necessitous person
All eligible applicants will be visited by a Trustee. The applications will be put before a Residents Sub Committee, who will make the allocations.
